Japanese Letter Templates (Series 3) - Meeting minutes

What if all of a sudden you were asked to write the minutes of the meeting? Of course in Japanese! I guess your hands are beginning to sweat and heart pumping like crazy huh?! Have no fear below is a template you can use for writing the minutes fast and easy.

Just know what they are doing and the status of each. Japanese enganged in a lot of non-important things and sometimes goes in a loop during meetings. Yup they love loopings.. so better watch out for this!
